SILICONE TUBING
We extrude all types of compact silicone tubes (from 20 to 90 shore A), custom coloured in diameters from 1 up to 120mm. Our standard quality is: 65 Shore A hardness, translucent, 1.2 gr/cm3 density. The coils can be of 25, 50, 100 or 200 metres.
We can meet your colour requirements given a RAL number including luminescent, fluorescent and metallic colours.
We offer custom-made inflatable seals in any size and shape with or without metallic valve, etc…
The catalysts used for Silicone vulcanisation are:
Peroxide based (DBPH and DCBP)
Polyaddition (platinum salts)
We also manufacture sponge silicone tube with densities ranging from 0.3 to 0.6 gr/cm3, white coloured. Minimum orders of 100m and for orders of more than 250m we can manufacture in any colour.
