Silicone hoses: Reinforced silicone hose | Reinforced silicone tubing

We can supply co-extruded, platinum-cured silicone hose, reinforced with polyester (up to 15mm Ų) or glass fibre (+ than 16mm Ų) braiding and externally coated with translucent, red or blue high mechanical resistance silicone.

This silicone hose conforms to FDA 177.2600, for food contact and medical grade.

Specially useful for processes where sterilisation takes place due to the non-adherence capacity of silicone and its resistance to humidity and high temperatures.

Working temperature: - 70 to +160 ŗC
Hardness: 70 +/- 5 Shore A
Wall thickness tolerance: +/- 0.3mm
Specially indicated for pressure applications (up to 8 bar) and vacuum (1 bar)
Non adherent smooth inside bore
Biologically neutral and inert
Can be sterilised, does not leave taste or odour.
