Our manufacturing standard in compact silicone is 60 Shore A in translucent, although we can mould silicone sheet in hardnesses from 20 to 80 Shore A in any basic colour and RAL on request with a minimum of 25 kg, as well as luminescent, fluorescent or metallic colours.
We hold stock of calendered compact silicone sheet in translucent, white, brick red, blue and black colours, with 1200mm wide, in thickness from 0.3mm to 12mm in 40 and 60 Shore A. Upon request we can supply in 50 and 70 Shore A with other colours and qualities.
We can manufacture silicone sheets in any of the following qualities: standard insulating silicone (VMQ), conductive silicone, vapour resistant silicone, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum-cured silicone, foodstuff contact approved silicone complying with FDA (CFR21 section 177.2600), BgVV (recommendation XV) and medical-grade silicone complying with USP class VI.
