We manufacture round closed seals (one joint) by hot jointing and mould vulcanised for autoclaves and ovens, frames (four joints), seals made to measure, as well as inflatable seals and 'T' type silicone vacuum seals or with metallic valve for inlet and outlet of air.
Our personnel is highly specialised in the manufacturing of any type of seal and our machinery suited to make the joints following customer requisites. We also manufacture cylindrical and conical discharge silicone sleeves.
Our manufacturing standard in compact silicone is 60 Shore A in translucent, although we can manufacture in hardnesses from 20 to 90 Shore A in any basic colour and RAL on request with a minimum of 25 kg, as well as luminescent, fluorescent or metallic colours.
Our in-house mould, tool and die department allows us to offer a dynamic, price competitive and short delivery time service.
We can manufacture in any of the following qualities: standard insulating silicone (VMQ), conductive silicone, vapour resistant silicone, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum-cured silicone, foodstuff contact approved silicone complying with FDA (CFR21 section 177.2600), BgVV (recommendation XV) and medical-grade silicone complying with USP class VI, standard sponge silicone, high temperature sponge and foodstuff contact approved sponge.
