PTFE RODS, TUBES AND SHEETS
We supply all types of semi finished products in natural and filled PTFE by extrusion or moulding.
We can manufacture rods and tubes in custom-coloured PTFE from a minimum amount.
As well as our compression moulding machines we have two automatic moulding presses specially designed for multi-component PTFE bellows, compensators, etc.
PTFE FILM: We keep on permanent stock skived film in the following sizes:
0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm in 300mm width
0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm in 600mm width
1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm in 1200mm width
Minimum orders of 5 kg per item.
PTFE SHEETS: Moulded sheets from 1 to 90mm in 1000mm x 1000mm, 1200mm x 1200mm and 1500mm x 1500mm. We have a large stock of sheets in 1200mm x 1200mm format. Please send us your enquiries.
PTFE RODS: We can supply extruded rods from 8mm to 200mm diameter in maximum lengths of 2m and moulded rods from 25mm to 510mm in natural, filled or multi-component. We keep a large stock of moulded and extruded rods.
PTFE TUBES: Dimensions range from 10mm x 27mm to 847mm x 940mm in minimum orders of 10kg per item natural, filled or multi-component PTFE. Enquire about our wide range of extruded tubes.
