We keep at your disposal a wide stock with nearly 3000 m2 of PTFE- and silicone-coated glass fabrics in all thicknesses with and without adhesive. We hae for immediate delivery widths of 1000mm and 1500mm; and we can supply up to 4200mm width on demand.
The main applications for slit rolls are for sealing in packaging industry, used for its non adherent properties for coating the electric heating elements. The low cost, easyness of use and high resistance makes them the best substitute to PTFE-coated heating elements, though there are an infinite number of applications in other industries.
These are the main PTFE-coated glass fabrics with or without adhesive which we can supply:
* Porous PTFE-coated glass fabrics
* Antistatic, with or without adhesive
* One side etched fabrics for adhesion
* PTFE-coated KevlarŪ fabrics
* Pure PTFE calendered film with adhesive on one side
* Silicone-coated glass fabrics
* Silicone- or PTFE- coated fabrics according to your necessities
The standard thicknesses are:
* 0.080mm. = 3 Mil./Thou.
* 0.127mm. = 5 Mil./Thou.
* 0.152mm. = 6 Mil./Thou.
* 0.254mm. = 10 Mil./Thou.
* 0.355mm. = 14 Mil./Thou.
* Etc
