How should I proceed in case I want to make a return?
Contact us and we will tell you how to proceed to manage the replacement or return of the item.
It is very important that if at the time of delivery, the Packaging is not in perfect condition, indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier and notify us as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the quantity and quality of the products at the time of receipt. In case of defect in transport, the customer
must indicate the defects observed in the delivery note of the carrier. All def ects must be communicated within 3 business days after delivery .
MEREFSA will not be liable for product damage when they are the result of incorrect handling, alteration or incorrect storage. In no case will returns be
accepted after 30 days of delivery of merchandise. If there is a request for product review by the customer because it is considered inappropriate, it
must be previously reviewed at the MEREFSA facilities, where after a review and within a reasonable period of time a report will be issued regarding
the solution taken. In no case will penalties be accepted unilaterally .
In the case of return of product without exchange for another item, an administrative handling cost of 25€ will be applied.
Transport costs arising from product changes and returns will be borne by the customer.
I have found the product I need but I want more quantity, how can I place an order?
You can use any of the communication channels offered on the web (Form, email or telephone) and we will respond immediately.
All products offered on our website are standard , so manufacturing is always very fast and you can surely count on the requested material in a few days.
Can I buy other products besides those that appear in the store?
In our online store we offer items that, being standard, are manufactured continuously.
This allows us to have stock on a regular basis and really tight deadlines in case of not having units in the warehouse.

How can I request shipping to a destination other than those indicated?
We will be happy to manage your order with shipping to other destinations by any of the channels offered on the web (Form, email or telephone).
For now we can only automatically manage shipments to the countries indicated in the order.
Do not forget to visit us as we continue working to add destinations.
Transport conditions. What is the cost of shipping? Can I pick up the goods with my transport?
We want to give you access to our catalog from anywhere in the world.
In some countries we can directly send it. If you have your own transport service, you can always realize your own pick up (pick up at MEREFSA's installations).
In the countries where we do not have a delivery service at the moment, you can realize the purchase and organize the pick up with your reliable transport agency. We are currently working on increasing the list for your convenience.
Currently, in some countries, the shipment is free from a minimum purchase amount, established in following board:

Anyway, before making the payment, you will be able to see if all the ports are included or not and their price. All the information is detailed in the order confirmation.
How long will I receive my order?
Usually the preparation of the order takes between 1 and 2 working days.
The definitive delivery time will depend on the destination address and, for express delivery (our standard) , it usually takes 1 to 3 days.
We will send you an email when we handle the order and another one as soon as we deliver the goods to the carrier.
How can I pay for the order?
You can pay by card through our secure payment gateway.
We are working to integrate other options such as PayPal.
Do I have to register to finalize the purchase process?
You do not need to register to buy.
We need your data, which we will process according to the GDPR, to make the invoice and shipping.
We will not use your data for anything else unless you explicitly state it and we will only keep it for the time necessary to carry out the operation and to comply with the legal requirements.
If you want, you can save your data using a username and password that will allow you to expedite your next purchases.
And finally, you can accept separately that we send you information commercial. This will always be done with your consent and you can unsubscribe and exercise the appropriate rights whenever you want.
¿Puedo ahorrarme los impuestos si el envío es a una zona libre de impuestos?
Cuando nosotros gestionamos el envío con nuestro servicio de transporte, automáticamente descontamos el IVA antes de proceder al pago y no necesitas hacer nada más. Puedes comprobarlo en la "CONFIRMACIÓN DE PEDIDO".
En caso de que quieras enviar a tu propia agencia de transporte, no te preocupes, si quieres que te apliquemos la exención de IVA tan solo tienes que comprometerte a enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Documento CMR firmado o Conocimiento de Embarque.
- Factura del transporte o Factura del flete aéreo.
- Declaración escrita que certifique que los bienes han sido expedidos o transportados por ti o por un tercero en tu nombre.
La documentación tiene que llegarnos antes del día 10 del siguiente mes a la entrega de la mercancía.
