We show the process of cutting small and medium sized flexible silicone tubes, cords and profiles with automatic and manual cutting machines. We also visualise the flat cutting with silicone sheet plotter and PTFE die-cutting process.

In the cutting section of Merefsa we have a large fleet of machinery that allows us to optimise delivery times as well as guaranteeing a perfect finish on our silicone rubber and PTFE products. In the cutting process we control the repetitive linear cutting tolerance of the product as well as the cutting speed, guaranteeing maximum quality. We have the means to ensure that our products comply with general standards and more specific manufacturing certification regulations: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. - TS 16949, UNE-EN ISO 13485, ... - OHSAS 18001. - ISO 3302-1. In our case, the internationally accepted standard "L" tolerance for longitudinal cutting is L2.
