The standard manufacturing of silicone profiles is done in 65 Shore A compact silicone in translucent color. However, we can produce profiles with hardnesses ranging from 20 to 85 Shore A, in any basic color or any custom RAL shade starting from 25 kg, as well as options in luminescent, fluorescent, or metallic colors.

Among the main properties of the material, its dimensional stability over a wide temperature range stands out, from -50 ºC to +220 ºC in standard silicone, and up to -90 ºC to +315 ºC consistently in special formulations, including those specific to the railway sector, complying with EN 45545 regulations. Additionally, silicone is known for being an excellent electrical insulator, a sterilizable material, easy to clean, with non-stick properties, good resistance to chemicals, transparency, and a wide range of customizable colors.

Extrusion for silicone profiles

We have nearly 4,000 different tools for the extrusion of silicone profiles, also known as silicone seals, in a wide variety of shapes, including T, H, E, P, L, U, OO, autoclave, scraper, among others.

Our silicone extrusion manufacturing process allows us to supply profiles with custom shapes, either from a technical drawing or a sample, in standard lengths of 25 m, 50 m, 100 m, 250 m, and 500 m. Additionally, it is possible to manufacture other dimensions and silicone pieces cut from 1 mm in length, ensuring tailored solutions for each need upon request.
